Tiny Secure™ provides a limited warranty on our products to ensure confidence in quality and performance.
This warranty operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer guarantees.
Tiny Secure™ warrants that products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of:
12 Months from the date of purchase
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
This warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Hardware faults under normal use
• Electronic malfunctions not caused by external factors
Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, Tiny Secure™ may provide:
• Repair
• Replacement
• Refund (where required by law)
This warranty does not apply to issues resulting from:
• Incorrect installation
• Improper use or handling
• Physical damage or accidental damage
• Damage caused by vehicle electrical systems
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorised modifications
• Compatibility-related issues
• Failure to follow provided inst
LUNA is designed for vehicles equipped with wired Apple CarPlay or wired Android Auto via USB connection.
As vehicle systems vary, confirming compatibility prior to purchase is the responsibility of the customer.
Compatibility limitations do not constitute a product defect.
To submit a warranty claim:
1) Contact our support team
2) Provide proof of purchase
3) Describe the issue
4) Provide supporting photos/videos if requested
Tiny Secure™ may require product inspection before approving a claim.
Once a claim is received:
• The issue will be assessed
• Troubleshooting may be required
• Repair or replacement may be offered
Warranty remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Where a return is required:
• The product must be returned in reasonable condition
• All components and accessories must be included
• The item must not show signs of misuse or damage outside normal use
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
Tiny Secure™ is not responsible for:
• Installation errors
• Vehicle system incompatibilities
• Indirect or consequential losses
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
