tiny secure provides baby and child safety products, including vehicle monitoring devices, accessories, and related consumer goods. Our Products are designed as assistive tools and do not replace supervision, responsible judgment, or safe driving practices. Users are solely responsible for proper installation, safe and lawful use of Products, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Devices must not be interacted with while operating a vehicle.
All content, branding, product designs, and materials remain the property of tiny secure and may not be used without permission. Prices and product availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Returns, refunds, and warranties are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Our Products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, tiny secure is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product. At tiny secure, we handle returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a return, replacement, or refund where a Product:

• Is not as described
• Experiences a major failure
Products must be used and installed in accordance with provided instructions.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion. To be eligible, Products must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless required otherwise by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Exclusions
