We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Where required by law, Tiny Secure™ will provide a repair, replacement, or refund.

Compatibility Responsibility

LUNA is designed for vehicles equipped with wired Apple CarPlay or wired Android Auto via USB connection.

As vehicle systems vary, customers are responsible for confirming compatibility prior to purchase.

Refunds will not be issued for incompatibility resulting from unsupported vehicle systems.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe your product is faulty or defective:
